Overview

The CRM Content Manager will be responsible for writing and editing promotional content, managing website layouts, and collaborating with the CRM team to enhance user engagement.

In Short

  • Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails;
  • Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication;
  • Collaborate with a CRM team to implement activities based on product promo plans;
  • Write clear task descriptions for a design team;
  • Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.

Requirements

  • iGaming (casino & betting) industry experience;
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement;
  • Email and other CRM communications writing experience;
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems;
  • Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects;
  • Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
