Overview

The CRM Content Manager will be responsible for writing and editing promotional content, managing website communication, and collaborating with the CRM team to enhance user engagement.

  • Write and edit compelling promo-offer copies and emails.
  • Prepare layouts for the website and direct customer communication.
  • Collaborate with a CRM team to implement activities based on product promo plans.
  • Write clear task descriptions for a design team.
  • Manage website banners and snippets to enhance user engagement.

Requirements

  • iGaming (casino & betting) industry experience.
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement.
  • Email and other CRM communications writing experience.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
  • Basic proficiency in Figma for collaborative design projects.
  • Languages: Ukrainian native, English B2.
