Overview

The Cloud Service Technician is responsible for providing premium troubleshooting experiences to clients, enhancing their experience with cloud solutions.

In Short

• Provide first-level technical support for cloud servers and applications.
• Address a variety of technical issues including networking and security.
• Prioritize client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; IT certifications preferred.
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
• Proficiency in Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Citrix environments preferred.
• Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with MS Active Directory and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
