In Short

• Active Sourcing: Identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, XING, and other networks using modern search techniques and creative strategies.
• Direct Approach: Write and send personalized messages to professionally attract talents for our projects.
• Candidate Management: Conduct initial pre-qualifications, structured communication, and documentation via Monday.com.
• Target Group Analysis: Assist in evaluating role profiles and continuously optimize the sourcing strategy.
• Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the internal recruiting team and actively shape our sourcing methods.

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or headhunting, preferably in a digital or sales-related environment.
• Proficient use of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and digital sourcing tools.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms, with a sense for tone and target audience.
• Independent, structured working style with a high standard of quality.
• Very good German language skills (C1 or better).
