Logistics Operation Support - Remote

Overview

The Logistics Operation Support role involves maintaining the Control Management System, coordinating with drivers, and providing updates to customers.

In Short

• Update and maintain database in Control Management System (CMS).
• Monitor trips and ensure timely arrival with live vehicle tracking.
• Communicate with drivers to verify location and ETA.
• Coordinate driver schedules with operations executives.
• Provide traffic updates to customers via WhatsApp or CMS notifications.
• Create and manage customer PIN requests in CMS.
• Submit weekly/monthly client reports.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• 5-day work week with rotating shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM (equivalent to Singapore O level).
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Good team player.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
