Entry-Level Bookkeeper - Remote

Overview

Revolt Studios is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial recordkeeping in a fully remote environment.

In Short

• Manage daily financial transactions including purchases, receipts, invoices, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
• Generate basic financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
• Track studio expenses and categorize costs properly.
• Maintain accurate digital filing of financial records.
• Support month-end close and tax preparation.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, Wave, or Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of GAAP and standard bookkeeping practices.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
