In Short

  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule qualified demo/strategy/consultation meetings with decision-makers.
  • Work with structured lead lists and conduct research to prioritize leads.
  • Document conversation results reliably in CRM or project tracking tools.
  • Actively optimize outbound playbooks and provide operational feedback.
  • Participate in regular strategy meetings and contribute to optimizing sales tactics.
  • Act as a trustworthy and professional first contact on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling.
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers and handle objections professionally.
  • Reliable, structured, and self-responsible work from home.
  • Freelance status with capacity for 1-3 projects per week.
  • Fluent in German (C1+) in both spoken and written forms.
