In Short

• Lead the technical architecture for backend services and core infrastructure.
• Design modular components for mission command and staff management.
• Build and scale RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Integrate with DoD systems using secure data pipelines.
• Lead initiatives to liberate mission data from repositories.
• Collaborate with frontend tools and component libraries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
• Prioritize security and offline sync capabilities.
• 5+ years of experience in backend or full stack development.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of database architecture.
• Experience with authentication/authorization best practices.
• Familiarity with scalable architectures and modular backends.
• Knowledge of military doctrine and mission sets.
• Understanding of RMF compliance and security standards is a plus.
