In Short

• Create sheet sets and perform 2D or 3D design work for renewable energy projects.
• Imagine and create 3D models and renders for complex installations.
• Acquire knowledge of substation systems and power delivery equipment.
• Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Perform design tasks on small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Apply standard techniques and procedures for assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Work under the direction of senior staff with close supervision.
• Meet deliverables and deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering, CADD, or similar experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.
• Knowledge of 3D design approaches and software.
• Experience in Inventor, Solidworks, NX, Creo, or Fusion.
• Knowledge of industry codes such as NEC, NESC, and IEEE.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Passion for multi-disciplinary design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and efficient in time management.
