• Create sheet sets and perform design work for renewable energy and substation projects.
• Acquire knowledge of renewable energy system layouts and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices.
• Manage time efficiently across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers.
• Work under the guidance of senior staff.
• Lead small projects or portions of larger projects.
• Attend project meetings and present engineering assignments.
• Identify and solve complex problems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design and drafting using AutoCAD.
• 2+ years of solar PV systems or energy storage design experience.
• Commercial or utility-scale experience is desirable.
• Passion for multi-disciplinary design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Efficient time management skills.
