Salesforce Certified Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to deliver transformative Salesforce solutions for automotive manufacturers across the UK and Europe.

In Short

• Deliver end-to-end CRM solutions from requirements gathering to release.
• Build and manage Salesforce automations, flows, custom views, reports, and dashboards.
• Create and edit object fields, validation rules, and system configuration.
• Use Data Loader for efficient data management.
• Work with Excel for data analysis.
• Apply knowledge of marketing automation tools.
• Conduct thorough testing for high-quality solutions.
• Provide support for existing Salesforce instances.
• Maintain records in Jira, including ticket management.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team to share knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong track record in delivering B2B Salesforce solutions.
• Salesforce certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, or Agentforce.
• Interest in connected technologies such as Amazon Connect.
