As a Brand Designer at Retool, you will play a key role in shaping the company's visual identity and brand experience across various platforms and marketing channels.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in visual design.
• Understanding of graphic design elements: typography, color, layout, composition.
• Creative focus on visual design across various surfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding expertise.
• Experience with motion design is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity about design technologies and techniques.
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-starter work ethic.
