Overview

As the Inbound Lead Specialist at RetailNext, you will be responsible for the initial qualification of our inbound leads prospects, helping generate new business for the Sales and Go-To-Market organization that leads to positive sales outcomes.

• Conduct online research to fill in missing data for inbound leads.
• Ensure inbound leads are cleaned up in a timely manner.
• Qualify inbound leads based on pre-defined criteria.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Manager for lead reporting.
• Drive outbound prospecting activity related to marketing events.
• Articulate RetailNext’s value proposition to prospects.
• Personalize outreach based on research into targeted buying influences.
• Close for the next step to book qualified meetings.
• Understand the RetailNext suite of products and services.
• Work with industry software tools for enablement.

Requirements

• Ability to create outbound communication in a customer-facing sales voice.
• Ability to cold call with confidence.
• Ability to qualify prospects with a foundational understanding of products.
• Ability to communicate and pitch RetailNext effectively.
• Understanding of sales software like Groove, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
• Foundational understanding of the MEDDICC qualification process.
