Overview

The 2025 Summer Intern - Education Policy Intern will support Results for America in their mission to improve education policy through evidence and data.

In Short

• Internship runs for approximately 10 weeks from June 2 to August 15, 2025.
• Interns will work virtually and use their own internet/computers.
• Support RFA’s programmatic and policy work.
• Conduct desk research and analysis of policies and programs.
• Assist in the development of Education Solutions Sprints.
• Draft tools and resources for meetings.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with project management software preferred.
• Commitment to RFA’s mission and values.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a virtual environment.
• Interest in K-12 education policy preferred.
• Experience in government or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
• Ability to follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Critical thinking and learning orientation.
