Overview

As the Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will provide executives and investors with the financial information and analysis required to make effective business decisions.

• Own all reporting requirements, including comprehensive monthly investor reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in FP&A in a high growth, service-based organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Private equity experience is preferred.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis.
• Tech-forward approach to financial management.
• Experience using data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
