Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PIP Adjuster.
• Licensed Adjuster in Florida (FL 620 license).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
• Proficient with software such as Word and Outlook.
• Curious and self-motivated individual.
• Openness to feedback and a desire to learn.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
