Overview

The California Wildfire Program Officer will support policy change and increase public funding for wildfire resilience in communities and ecosystems across the Western United States, focusing on California.

Requirements

• Existing wildfire expertise or transferable expertise.
• Experience in policy advocacy and development.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Experience in grant management.

• Ability to travel regularly to Sacramento and occasionally domestically.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
