Senior Privacy & Product Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Legal team is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, including providing legal counsel across the organization, handling disputes, and creating and enforcing intellectual property. The Privacy Enablement team provides end-to-end support for all privacy needs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and enabling business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in privacy law.
• Experience in digital health or technology sectors preferred.
• Juris doctorate (J.D.) and good standing in a state bar association.
• Privacy certifications (CIPP/E/US, CIPM) preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare privacy laws (HIPAA, CCPA).
• Leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Technical proficiency with tools like OneTrust, JIRA, and MS Teams.
