We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Amazon eCommerce Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in the growth of our marketplace-driven brands and products on Amazon.
In Short
Assists with growth of marketplace driven brands on Amazon
Manages on-site experience, back-end catalog, product creation, marketing initiatives, promotional calendar, and product development process
Utilizes tools like Stackline, Pacvue, and Helium 10 to track consumer behavior, search trends, and category level data
Works with data/analyst team to create pricing/promotional models to drive volume
Develops long term sales forecasts and demand plans
Identifies product opportunities
Oversees relationship with agency and marketing to maximize ad performance
Coordinates product launches cross-functionally with internal teams
Coordinates with DTC team to find optimal Amazon/DTC marketing & pricing mix
Assists with expansion on Amazon international marketplaces (CA, UK, EU, MX)
Requirements
3+ years of Amazon account management experience with at least 1 year of Vendor Central experience
Ability to work independently and fully own multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-backed decisions.
Strong technical acumen and data-driven mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments
Ability to apply sound, independent judgment and discretion on matters of substantial importance to the company
