Reserv is an insurtech focused on creating AI and automation technology to enhance claims efficiency. We are looking for a Litigation Claims Examiner to manage litigated files in the auto delivery and rideshare sectors.

• Investigate and evaluate claims related to auto accidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• 10+ years of claims handling experience, with 5+ years in litigation.
• Experience in Ride Share/TNC/Livery litigation is required.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• Knowledge of transportation coverages and contractual risk transfer.
• Ability to analyze policy language and make coverage decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong medical causation knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for client and claims needs.
• Curiosity and motivation for problem-solving.
