The Bodily Injury Claims Team Lead at Reserv will support a claims manager and oversee adjusting staff to provide operational effectiveness in a tech-driven claims environment.

Requirements

• Active insurance adjuster’s license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of insurance claims experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with auto delivery and/or rideshare claims required.
• Comfortable with technology and process evolution.
• Integrity and strong accountability.
• Knowledge of state regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
