Overview

At Rerun, we're building a new multimodal data stack for robotics and spatial AI, enabling the transformation of large parts of the physical-world economy. This role involves building the data infrastructure and tools necessary for handling multimodal data efficiently.

In Short

• Contribute to a Rust-based cloud-native analytical database for multimodal data.
• Set up production deployment environments focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Own the deployment experience from local development to production.
• Design deployment solutions for various customer environments.
• Troubleshoot across networking, operating systems, and application code.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or platform engineering.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS.
• Significant production experience with Kubernetes and infrastructure as code.
• Proficient in designing deployment architectures.
• Ability to work with a Rust codebase.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
