Overview

The Environmental Services Project Manager is responsible for managing a variety of projects, ensuring adherence to requirements and work scopes while leading a team through the project life cycle.

• Manage execution of projects at client sites and facilities.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking.
• Establish project objectives, feasibility, and goals.
• Oversee completion of tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate with vendors and coordinate deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standards.
• Conduct business reviews focusing on cost and environmental impacts.
• Provide high-level technical support to customers.
• Participate in after-action reviews for process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with the complete Project Life Cycle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software tools.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage budgets.
• Attention to detail and progress monitoring.
• Ability to work during 8 AM - 5 PM EST.
• Willingness to travel locally and out-of-state (10%).
