Systems & Automation Expert (Airtable + Make) - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a backend automation expert to help us maintain and scale the operational brain of our fast-growing property management company. We manage nearly 200 short-term rental properties across Colorado, and Airtable + Make.com are at the core of how we run operations—housekeeping, maintenance, guest support, finance, HR, and more.

In Short

• Maintain, clean, and refactor a large Airtable base with hundreds of linked records
• Build stable Make.com scenarios using routers, filters, webhooks, and APIs
• Design user-friendly Airtable interfaces for team members across departments
• Document everything clearly to support scale and onboarding
• Troubleshoot and improve slow or brittle automations
• Recommend backend structure and process improvements proactively

Requirements

• Advanced Airtable: Schema design, complex relationships, rollups, interfaces
• Expert in Make.com: Multi-step flows, routers, filters, error handling
• Strong data logic & backend thinking—not just visual design
• Excellent written communication (English)
• Available full-time with 4+ hours overlap between 10am–5pm Mountain Time (Denver)
