Overview

In Short

  • Manage internal quoting and gather required information from clients.
  • Assist with preparing and processing insurance quotes.
  • Communicate with banks when an account binds to ensure proper documentation.
  • Handle policy renewals, including gathering updated client information.
  • Prepare reports on accounts and track policy increases or changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all renewals and follow-ups.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking payments.
  • Manage inspection compliance, ensuring required documents and inspections are completed on time.
  • Communicate with clients mainly via email for updates, documents, renewals, and follow-ups.
  • Provide timely support and ensure all client requests are handled efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance processes.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using email for client communication.
