Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation/Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

In Short

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
  • Generate leads and gather information on potential clients' needs and interests.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and calls.
  • Follow a prepared script to ensure consistency and accuracy in information delivery.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Handle objections and rejection in a professional and positive manner.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve call scripts and lead generation strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Cold Caller, or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
