Overview

An experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant is needed to manage financial operations for factoring and Merchant Cash Advance, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

In Short

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for factoring and MCA transactions.
• Record, track, and reconcile daily funding, repayments, fees, and reserves.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in QuickBooks Online.
• Maintain accurate ledgers for client advances, paybacks, and balances.
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and other financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare clean and organized books for tax preparation and audits.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures.
