Overview

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account, focusing on account health, listings, customer support, and growth-related initiatives.

In Short

• Manage Amazon Seller Central account operations
• Create optimized content for new listings
• Optimize listings for SEO and conversion
• Monitor and manage listings for accuracy
• Create and manage coupons and promotions
• Handle Amazon Creator/Influencer connections
• Manage Seller Central case resolutions
• Provide customer support and handle returns
• Monitor account health and performance metrics
• Work full-time from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
