Case Manager Assistant (Remote)

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant (VA) to support our team with administrative and data management tasks related to ABA services. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with CentralReach or Brellium, ABA quality assurance processes, or data entry within ABA service systems. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and familiarity with ABA documentation workflows.

• Assist case managers with administrative and documentation tasks
• Perform data entry and record updates in systems such as CentralReach or Brellium
• Support ABA quality assurance processes, including reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance
• Maintain and organize client records and service documentation

• Coordinate with team members to track documentation and case progress
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information in client records
• Support internal processes related to ABA service documentation and compliance
