You'll create, present, and edit content that captivates audiences, builds community, and drives real impact. If you understand the art of the “hook”, have a flair for effects and editing, and know how to work the TikTok algorithm – we want to meet you.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating TikTok content with a personal or brand account.
• Strong on-camera presence – confident, authentic, and entertaining.
• Proficient in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot).
• Skilled in using effects, transitions, and TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and the importance of content “hooks”.
• A solid TikTok network or following is essential – must be willing to share your profile.
