• Manage and grow The Beauty Crop's TikTok channel.
• Deliver engaging content that supports revenue targets.
• Manage TikTok Lives and collaborate with commercial leaders.
• Leverage TikTok's algorithm for visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage posts aligning with brand voice.
• Lead social content creation strategy and execution.
• Engage with the online community and respond to interactions.
• Analyze social media performance and report insights.
• 1-3 years experience in a social media role.
• Confident presenter and comfortable creating video content.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a social media role of a DTC brand.
• Passionate about TikTok and current trends.
• Proven experience in creating and editing video content.
• Great time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
• Must work 3 days a week in the West London office, and 2 remote.
