You'll be responsible for reaching out to target prospects, introducing their services, and generating interest that senior consultants can convert into lasting client relationships. In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospect lists across the UK, Europe, and US
  • Introduce our client's recruitment services to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
  • Identify decision-makers and navigate gatekeepers effectively
  • Record all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM
  • Hand off qualified leads and warm prospects to the sales and recruitment team
  • Follow scripted and unscripted call frameworks with confidence and adaptability
  • Consistently achieve daily and weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales
  • Clear, confident, and professional telephone communication style
  • Comfortable with repetitive outbound calling and resilient in the face of rejection
  • Basic CRM data entry skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
  • A quiet, professional home-working environment
  • Ability to work UK business hours
