Talent Sourcer - FMCG Sector - Remote

We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcer to support a UK-based employer in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This fully remote role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in global sourcing environments and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality candidates across international markets.

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent pipelines for critical roles within the FMCG industry. Your ability to source globally, communicate effectively, and understand the nuances of international recruitment will set you apart.

In Short

• Source and attract top FMCG talent across international markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand roles within sales, supply chain, marketing, and operations.
• Use a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate quality and conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of international recruitment experience, specifically sourcing candidates outside of South Africa.
• Previous experience recruiting in or for the FMCG industry is essential.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, cultural nuances, and time zone coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A reliable laptop and a stable internet connection are required for this remote role.
