In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads through precision outreach and CRM-based campaigns. In Short

  • Research and build targeted lists of UK Local Authority and Housing Provider decision-makers
  • Identify relevant contacts and update CRM with accurate, actionable data
  • Maintain and segment contact databases for campaign accuracy
  • Execute strategic LinkedIn connection campaigns using automation tools
  • Manage cold email sequences, optimising for engagement
  • Track, analyse and improve response and open rates
  • Initiate conversations with potential leads
  • Assess interest and fit for the organisation’s services
  • Prepare weekly progress reports
  • Monitor outreach campaign metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems

  • Ability to analyse data and improve processes
