In Short

• Manage multiple executive search assignments from inception through to offer stage
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop client briefs, competency frameworks, and search strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through targeted research and market mapping
• Proactively engage candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other tools
• Conduct competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Generate longlists and shortlists of high-calibre candidates
• Gather and provide market intelligence to support business development efforts
• Maintain accurate candidate records within internal systems
• Produce detailed candidate reports and market insights for clients
• Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate/client feedback
• Support offer management in collaboration with senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within executive search or interim markets
• Strong ability to independently deliver candidate longlists and shortlists
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews and assessments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior executives
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and development
