In Short

  • Engage fintech clients and understand their hiring needs through a consultative sales approach
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through sourcing, networking, and referrals
  • Match top fintech talent with suitable opportunities and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Develop long-term client relationships and provide consistent communication and support
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to candidate placements, client acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Stay up to date with fintech trends and industry developments
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in the fintech space and a passion for people
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a recruitment consultant role
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to change
