• Conduct in-depth research to identify and map executive talent using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online tools.
• Build and maintain accurate longlists and talent pools in spreadsheets and databases.
• Manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, CRM, and phone to engage prospective candidates.
• Perform initial screening calls with senior-level professionals and summarise key insights.
• Provide administrative support including diary management, follow-ups, and document organisation.
• Assist with drafting marketing emails, LinkedIn content, and message templates.
• Coordinate follow-ups from marketing events and networking initiatives.
• Ensure all data and interactions are meticulously logged and updated in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, executive search, RPO, or professional sourcing preferred but not essential.
• Strong research skills and online investigative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), CRM tools, and general online platforms.
• Skilled in diary management, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a personal laptop required.
