In Short

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of business and banking-related projects.
• Develop executive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage and track project costs and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data related to GTB solutions.
• Support project planning activities and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Utilise tools such as JIRA, ALM, and Microsoft Teams for project coordination.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a consulting or business analysis role.
• Previous involvement in banking projects is a strong plus.
• Exposure to project management practices; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a bonus.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ALM, and MS Teams.
• Strong computer literacy and data handling skills.
• Fluent in English (B2–C1) – written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within teams.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Spain.
