Requirements

• Comfortable speaking to people over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• Good attention to detail when recording customer information.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns.
• Must have a reliable laptop or computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment.
• A headset and backup power solution would be advantageous.
