Overview

The Field Technician (FT) is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and handling on-site diagnostics and service for hardware failures at client sites, ensuring the smooth operation of Relay Robotics' autonomous service robots.

In Short

• Learn robot hardware for servicing and maintenance.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical teammates.
• Address hardware failures in a timely manner.
• Assist with field operation projects and new deployments.
• Be dispatched to client sites for hardware issues.
• Report to a Project Manager for tasking and support.

Requirements

• Excited about robotics and willing to learn.
• Familiar with hardware assembly and disassembly.
• Experience with building or modifying computer hardware.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Presentable and comfortable speaking to clients.
• Fluent in German and English.
