Overview

We are seeking a Public Auctioneer with an active license in CABA, a commercial profile, and results-oriented mindset, eager to develop in the real estate sector for an important client.

In Short

• Capture and manage properties for sale and rent.
• Advise clients in buying, selling, and renting processes.
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements.
• Conduct appraisals and market analysis.
• Maintain and expand the client portfolio.

Requirements

• Public Auctioneer license in CABA (mandatory). If also licensed in PBA, it will be valued.
• Sales profile with negotiation and communication skills.
• Recently graduated from the public auctioneer career, with a desire to enter the real estate market.
• Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously.
• Experience in the real estate sector (desirable).
• Own mobility (desirable).
• Reside in CABA (desirable).
