Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a growing food company with several brands. The ideal profile is a creative, proactive executor capable of generating visual content, managing campaigns, and enhancing the company's digital presence.

In Short

• Design graphic and audiovisual content (posts, banners, videos).
• Create and execute content calendars on social media (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Coordinate campaigns, launches, promotions, and influencers.
• Analyze metrics and propose improvements based on results.
• Coordinate photo and video productions focusing on the product.
• Manage the online community: respond to messages, interact.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Product areas to align messages.
• Stay alert to market trends and generate new ideas.

Requirements

• 2 years or more of experience in digital marketing and content design (valued in agency environments).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Updated portfolio.
• Flexible profile, with initiative and results orientation.
