Overview

The Reimbursement Business Manager is a critical front-line member of the Regeneron Ophthalmology Field team, responsible for supporting physician offices throughout the reimbursement cycle and ensuring effective communication for Regeneron products.

• Develop and execute account plans to build reimbursement confidence.
• Educate accounts on support services for patient access.

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-8 years of pharmaceutical/biotech/device experience.
• 3-5 years of healthcare coverage, coding, or reimbursement experience.
• Experience with billing and medical claims personnel.
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, and DRG.
• Familiarity with health insurance claim forms.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive planning and time management skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
