Overview

Reddit is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Trust & Safety Policy - Legal Removals Policy Senior Specialist to support Reddit’s Trust & Safety Policy (TSP) team. TSP works on a wide range of content and regulatory issues that help the platform and Reddit communities grow by keeping users safe, defending their rights to free expression and privacy, advocating for meaningful transparency, and handling complex legal requests from around the world.

In Short

• Handle legal removal requests from governments, law enforcement, and private parties.
• Review requests related to user data policies.
• Communicate trends and feedback to influence team objectives.
• Define operational metrics for service evaluation.
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion.
• Review processes for efficiency gains.
• Work cross-functionally with Legal and Public Policy teams.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation for urgent requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety and legal content removals.
• Experience with user data policy issues is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and motivated self-starter.
• Strong writing and project management skills.
• Native proficiency in Turkish.
• Data-driven problem-solving approach.
• Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a global team.
