In Short

• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products quickly.
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the full development cycle from design to launch.
• Participate in team strategy and mentor junior engineers.
• Balance speed and quality in product development.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in large-scale distributed systems.
• 8+ years in software development with languages like Go, Python, Ruby, Java, C++.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST, and API design.
• Knowledge of distributed caching and data storage systems like Cassandra.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
