Director of Product, Ads Measurement - Remote

Overview

Reddit is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead our Ads Measurement efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing product strategy for mission critical products end-to-end, including ads signals and attribution, advanced performance measurement products such as conversion lift, split testing, 3p measurement, as well as various new innovative features for Identity and privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).

In Short

• Lead Ads Measurement product strategy and execution.
• Develop methodologies for measurement suite including campaign delivery metrics.
• Identify industry partners for advertiser adoption.
• Set product roadmaps and define OKRs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Advise and set strategy for Reddit Ads products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PM leadership experience.
• Experience with ad measurement products.
• Proven track record in building scalable consumer products.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
• Experience working with Executive-level leadership.
