Country Manager e-commerce (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As Country Manager (m/f/d) focussing on the German market, you will work on expanding our market-leading position in Germany by fostering collaboration and defining objectives.

In Short

• Steer daily operational German business to achieve targets.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, developing reports with Data Science and BI.
• Lead quarterly forecast process and develop yearly plans.
• Align with teams like Marketing and Pricing to achieve sales growth.
• Identify new business opportunities in the Rx and own brand business.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in e-commerce or pharma.
• Strong business sense and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willing to come to the Cologne office at least 2 days a month.
