HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who’s excited to support our growing, multi-state team with kindness, attention to detail, and a love for making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

In Short

• Manage onboarding, employment changes, & offboarding processes across all locations
• Assist with culture initiatives like rewards & recognition programs
• Support the People Team on projects including performance reviews and benefit renewals
• Assist with employee relations investigations and coaching conversations
• Stay updated on employment laws and assist with compliance training
• Maintain People records and support reporting and audits
• Coordinate leaves of absence and answer benefit questions
• Reconcile benefit invoices and manage benefit eligibility

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws
• Solid technical skills with intermediate Excel knowledge
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional handling of confidential information
• Ability to work independently and collaborate
• Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Paylocity
• Bonus points for experience in a multi-state, hourly workforce

• $55k-$60K base pay with 10% potential bonus
