Overview

The Travel Reservations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily tasks of the Ticketing team, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective communication with team members and partners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer support.

• Fluent/native level in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Business Administration preferred.
• Experience with demanding targets and deadlines.
• Results-driven problem-solving approach.
• Process-oriented analytical thinking.
• High level of GDS knowledge (Amadeus required).
• Self-motivated and strategic thinker.
