Field Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our enterprise sales team, playing a pivotal role in driving customer adoption by supporting the sales process with technical expertise.

In Short

• Collaborate with Sales Teams to demonstrate and deliver on our solutions value propositions.
• Identify customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops.
• Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer requirements to architect solutions that align with their security needs.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations, leveraging APIs and scripting tools such as Python.
• Leverage CRM to manage leads and customer interactions effectively.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
• Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of presales engineering experience in the enterprise cybersecurity space.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
